Enjoy with us days of relaxation and find your mental, physical and spiritual balance. Our yoga offer is entirely up to you. Choose from a variety of topics. Together with the other participants and our yoga instructors you choose your individual program within each focus – indoor as well as outdoor. Even more relaxation is offered by the forests and heights of the Sauerland, our spa and sauna area with an extensive range of wellness and cosmetic treatments and our numerous sunbathing areas in and around the hotel. The yoga room is available for you around the clock. During the day you can find healthy snacks and hot drinks. Your stay will be framed with delicacies from our breakfast buffet and the evening half board with local and international dishes to choose from.

Yoga and the world of fragrances
Let yourself be pampered with all your senses! The complete time-out is under the sign of the fragrance. We experience both the time in the yoga room and the outdoor program points through the nose. You will receive an introduction to the world of aromatherapy and how you can easily make use of it yourself.

Letting go of the old, starting something new
“Panta Rhei” – Everything flows. We are in a constant state of change, of give and take. Sometimes it is helpful to become aware of this and to take a close look: What still belongs to me? What may go? Where do I create space for new things? With a mindful yoga practice and loving rituals, we will get to the bottom of this.

Yoga and hiking
These days you can enjoy your time on the mat and hiking. Mindful, calm yoga sessions accompany you during your time on the mat. On the hikes, you will find peace and quiet, enjoy the tranquillity and perceive with all your senses.

Yoga and mindfulness
Yoga in itself means being mindful, feeling into your body and being aware of yourself. To be completely in the here and now. During these days you will receive further small tools on how you can integrate mindfulness into your everyday life, create a mindfulness journal in order to become aware of processes in the body more quickly.

Yoga for back, shoulders and neck
Our day is often characterized by long periods of sitting, one-sided movements and psychological factors such as stress and pressure to perform. The consequences often manifest themselves in the back of our body in the form of tension and shortening. In this retreat we will pay particular attention to the back of the body, with valuable exercises to strengthen the back and keep it flexible. We will also focus on the shoulders and neck in the yoga classes.

Yoga and e-bike
On this retreat, you can explore the wonderful landscape by e-bike and enjoy relaxing yoga sessions. Renew your soul and spirit and feel the refreshing air of the Hochsauerland. An experienced instructor will accompany us on the tours and give us valuable tips. If you don’t have your own e-bike, you can hire one on site. Please inform us in advance.
